Windows Solution
Starting in April 2007, we have delivered over 1500 downloads of the Linux-based Car Rental Management System. Since then, you have told us that you wanted the system to easily and quickly run in the Windows environment.
We listened. Open Travel Software provides you with a complete, powerful, flexible, and easy to use freeware management management solution - cars, trucks, any type of vehicle. The system lets you manage and grow your rental operations.
A complete solution - you get a robust and intuitive system that is easily maintained. The application includes a rate management system. Currently 14 languages are supported. The application runs in either the Windows or Linux environments. It includes integrated access to our on-line reservation systems.
Support is via email and our on-line forum. We will work with systems integrators and other distributors.
LINUX Freeware Solution
Open Travel Software provides a LINUX freeware solution. It allows you get to your business up and running, and provides path to grow. The freeware application has many of the same functions as the supported version, providing you the ability to run your agency. There are functionality limits. Hosting
Open Travel Software can host the Hotel Management System for you. Using Tier 1 servers with 99.99% uptime, Open Travel Software provides a cost effective solution for providers who choose not to the host the applications themselves. Support is provided through a technical account representative, email, phone, instant messenger, fax and the support forum. The cost, per site, per application, is one hundred (100) US dollars/month, with a twelve month agreement. Please contact us for details.
